Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain reliable software solutions that support key business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable products, improve system performance, and contribute to technical decision-making across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are efficient, secure, and scalable.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement of software systems.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting team growth.
• Participate in planning efforts and help estimate work accurately.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering and full software development lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages and development frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and code reviews.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and distributed systems is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make sound technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
